Hi, I am Edwina, I have worked in HR since 2003, initially as in-house HR Manager and later, between 2014 and 2024 as an independent HR Consultant to SME’s.
Throughout my HR career, I have worked to provide managers with solutions to a whole range of people problems and as a HR consultant I believe it was my responsibility to help my clients to be the best employers they can be.
In 2023, I started to design ‘The Conversation’ and I am proud to bring this to you in 2024. In The Conversation, you can find all the lessons that I have learned throughout my HR career about managing people.
When I’m not working, I am a self-confessed foodie, I love discovering new flavours and exploring different cultures through food, a global language.
If I’m not working or cooking, I may be found in a sunny corner of my conservatory curled up with the latest biography.
You have probably figured out by now that my world is centred around people and communication. I love connecting people, building relationships and sharing knowledge and learning so that we can all grow together.
