The Conversation – Connect – Communicate - Understand
The Conversation is a 6 month programme, designed to give you the tools and the confidence to manage every conversation you will ever need to have from hire to exit and every situation on the bumpy road along the way.
There are two parts to the 6 month programme.
1. Monthly one to one coaching with me, we work through one module each month in whatever order works best for you.
2. You have access to all of the videos and workbooks accessed via the Kajabi learning platform. Use these for ‘just in time’ refreshers when you are preparing for a one to one with an employee or work through each of the six modules in more depth in your own time.
