The Conversation 10

The Conversation is a 6 month one to one coaching programme. It is for you if you have people management responsibility. We will work together on each of the 6 modules, one per month over 6 months, in whatever order is important to you right now. In addition to monthly one to one coaching sessions (where you will record progress to goals in your personal action plan), you will have lifetime access to The Conversation, on-line so that you can refresh your learning whenever you need to.

The Conversation – coaching for managers, begins with a Strengthscope profile questionnaire, which will identify your personal strengths. Over the six months we will build on your strengths and you will learn how to draw upon those strengths when communicating with your reports at every stage throughout the employee lifecycle.

The six modules are:

2. Getting on board.
3. Goal setting.
4. Every day conversations.
5. When things change.
6. Saying goodbye.
