Think about a time when you have delivered some of your best work? Write down what enabled you to do that? When I ask this question of people managers, they usually say things like:
• I was trusted to do the job
• I felt supported by my team and my manager
• I was confident that I had the skills to do the job

I have more than 20 years of experience of supporting managers to develop their skills, knowledge and confidence as a manager. I have taken all of the lessons that I have learned throughout this time and created The Conversation coaching for managers with the aim of giving managers the opportunity to ‘fast track’ this learning.

We will work together one-to-one for the first 6 months, focussing on the areas that are really important to you and your personal development. This is not a one size fits all approach. You will learn how to design your own management communications using tried and tested tools and templates, you will be able to build a framework that is unique to you and your organisation, one that works.
At the end of the 6 months one-to-one coaching you will continue to have access to The Conversation, on-line content for the lifetime of the product at no additional cost.

Through The Conversation, you will learn how to build a culture of trust through effective, regular and structured communication with your team. You will learn how to confidently coach reports to develop critical skills which the business needs both now and in the future. Your team will feel valued, more engaged and connected to business goals and you will make better hiring decisions in the future.
